Agape Children Home is part of the ministry of Agape Trust founded by Mr. Tonglen Saum. It is the outcome of the passion and love for children living without hope so that they may lead a valued and worthy living by addressing their physical, mental, psychological and spiritual needs of the children.

The home is, in fact, the culmination of the cherished dream of the founder who himself was brought up in a family background with no hope. He himself undergoing such pathetic situation of living in acute poverty that rendered him helpless - unable to go for proper education and enjoy life as it is to be - understands the ordeal one went through in life especially children in dire need for support.

The Home with a vision is to carry forward the work especially to assist destitute and economical under privilege people and especially children of destitute women and economically and socially backward families and for other purposes which are beneficial of general public and for the nation at large, are the desirous of establishing a Trust for public charitable objects.
